Sales Request needs to be deleted where it's not possible from FinOps

To resolve this issue Support will need to run some scripts on the database. Therefore please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article and please include details of the particular element that needs to be deleted.

Please note that this should be done through the front end where possible and we will only run scripts to delete transactions when there is a valid reason.
