Absence request needs removing from a posted timesheet

The correct way to deal with this, is to reverse the absence hours by entering a line of negative time to cancel it out. Going forwards, you may want to consider reviewing your approval process, so that these Timesheet lines are only approved after the absence has actually been taken which will prevent this issue occurring.
