Duplicate Absence or Duplicate Timesheet entries from Access Teamseer integration

To resolve this issue Support will need to run some scripts on the database. Therefore please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article and please also include the following:

  • The Resource/User ID of the Absence record(s)

  • The Date of the Absence/Timesheet entries

  • The Teamseer booking confirmation (how many days/hours confirmed in Teamseer)

    • IF possible please try and include screenshots of Teamseer vs FinOps for comparison
