To get the Cost Budgets / Sales Budgets to appear with in Project managements
Log into FINOPS administrator
Go to System Control
Go to security Profiles
Edit the profile
Go to Project Forms tab
Under Buttons tick show Cost Budgets / Sales Budgets buttons
To remove all the editing permissions
Go to the Security tab
Expand Project Management
Press Cost Budget Revision Options / Sales Budget Revision Options
Untick all the options on the right to remove all access
Press OK
