Enable the Receive by Value option in Receive Goods

The setting to enable this option is stored on the Security Profile settings on FinOps Administrator.

To enable this, please follow the steps below if you have access to FinOps Administrator:
1. Login to FinOps Administrator
2. Go to System Control
3. Select the Security Profiles option
4. Find the Security Profile of the affected user(s), select it, and click Edit at the bottom
5. Go to the Security tab
6. On the left side double-click on Purchasing
7. Go to Receive Goods Options and on the right side, if the Disable Receive By Value Button has a green tick, double click this to disable the option (re-enabling the button)
8. Click OK at the bottom right
