Users have lost their conditioned hours

The Conditioned Hours for Users forms part of the working profile and hours these users can submit on Timesheets.

The hour values themselves are simply stored in a SQL table within the Database which then appear against the User when viewing in Financials.

No standard process should update the hours for a user. So if you have lost the values for these across multiple users, would it be possible you have a custom process or integration relating to Conditioned Hours or User records?

The only way to fix your query would be by updating the affected users with their correct conditioned hours.
