When you have successfully added a user to FinOps, they will appear as a User in Financials, under the menu, System, Security, Users. They will also have a series of 'User Tabs' for which to configure the FinOps user specific setup. These tabs are:
Details
Contact
Links
Time
Analysis
Custom
If you have added a new user to FinOps, or have granted an existing user permissions to FinOps for the first time, you would expect to see their User record in Financials updated with the above tabs available.

IF you are 'Not' seeing this then this may indicate a problem during the event of granting said user access to FinOps.

Try the following first:
As the Workspace Administrator initially close all Financials Tabs from your Workspace and then Log out
Close the browser (including all opened tabs) and relaunch the browser
Log back in to Workspace, as the Administrator user
Click on Members and locate the user in question
Click the three dot ellipsis and then Manage Roles
scroll down until you see the roles for Financials Operations and IF this is already set to User for the database, change this to No Access
Click Save Changes
Then log out of Workspace, close the browser and relaunch the browser again
Log back in to Workspace and repeat steps 4 through to 5
This time scroll down until you see the roles for Financials Operations and (the setting should be No Access) change this to User, clicking Save Changes to apply these changes.
Now launch Financials from the Nine-Dot menu and click System, Security, Users to check your user
If this has worked your user should now appear the same as other FinOps user, with the available 'User FinOps' tabs.
IF this still is not showing then; Please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
**Please try and include a screenshot of the User from within Financials, displaying the fact there are no 'User FinOps' tabs showing, as well as the UserID**
