The solution below is for when FinOps Sales Invoice has been configured to create a Posted Sales Invoice list in Access Financials

The user can check what type of document is posted in Access Financials using the following steps:
Log onto FinOps Administrator.
Click System Options, Sales & Billing, Sales Invoice Setup,
Select Invoice Type.
Click Edit .
On the Posting tab, check the Posting Type field.
A sales invoice in FinOps creates a sales invoice in Access Financials once it has been fully approved. The view invoice button on a FINOPS Sale Invoice will show the Access Financials Sales Invoice.

If you want to see all invoices for a customer follow the steps below
Log into Access Financials
On the Debtor tab, click Sales Transactions
Enter Customer Account Code
Set Type to Invoice
Click Search
