User is unable to log into FinOps Administrator though other people can use the log in without issue

If the login is working elsewhere, then there is no issue with the account itself and the issue is more likely an incorrect password or username. Please check the credentials with a user who can use the log in.

Please also ensure that the username is in the format CLOUD\DM1234Username - this is a back slash "\" after CLOUD, a forward slash will not work.
