The most common cause of this, is that the users have been marked as disabled in FinOps. Ensure they are enabled as follows:

Click System Control, then click Users.

Ensure that there is a tick in the Enabled column for any affected users.

If they are not selected, click Edit and then select them.

1. Login to FinOps administrator.
2. Click System Control, then click Users.
3. Ensure that there is a tick in the Enabled column for any affected users.
4. If they are not selected, click Edit and then select them.
5. Click Save.
