The configuration and setup of Purchase Requests and Sales Invoices in FinOps is usually done by your Access Consultant.
Each Purchase Request type or Sales Invoice type can have it's own separate approval routing.
Each approval stage can also have it's own defined pre stage rules and post stage rules.
These rules have a True or False outcome based on an expression (such as TotalHomeValue <= UserSignOffLimit)
Every True or False outcome has an action.
This can be re-routing the transaction to another Stage, or Rule.
It is only possible to administrate the settings in FinOps Administrator.
