Access to the out of office option

To give user access to out of office:

  1. Log into FocalPoint Administrator.

  2. Click System Control, User.

  3. Note the profile the user is within.

  4. Click System Control, Security Profile.

  5. Select the user profile.

  6. Click Members.

  7. On the Absence tab, select the Enable out of office check box.
