FinOps permissions are based around the security profile, maintained in the FinOps Administrator, and can be amended as follows:
⚠️ Important: Changing a security profile's permissions affects all users in that profile. Review the profile's members before making changes.
In FinOps Administrator, click System Control.
Select Security Profiles and highlight the profile the user is assigned to.
Click Edit and go to the Security tab.
Select Forms from the left-hand menu and locate the appropriate form on the right.
Click Enable to grant access.
Click OK to save the changes.
Alternatively, move the user to a security profile that already has the required permissions, providing they should also have the other access that profile includes.
