Check the user has web access to Document module of Access Evo using the steps below:
Log into Access Evo as a user who have administrator privileges.
Click on the Members icon to top right hand corner.
Search for user email address
Click three vertical dots/squares
Select Manage Role
Ensure user has web access to the Document module
Click on Save
