Check the user has web access to Document module of Access Evo using the steps below:
Log into Access Evo as a user who has administrator privileges.
Click on Members icon to top right hand corner.
Search for user
Click three vertical dots/squares
Select Manage Role
Select Document, if this shows 'No Access', change it to 'User with web access'
Click Save
