Check the user has privileges on Access Financials as follows:
Log into Access Evo as an admin user.
In the top left, click the members icon.
In the search bar, enter the user email address. The user details will display in a box.
In the top right of this box, click the three vertical squares icon, and select Manage Roles.
Select appropriate privileges for the user in Access Financials.
Click Save Changes
