A FinOps user has disappear from the user list

Check the user has privileges on Access Financials as follows:

  1. Log into Access Evo as an admin user.

  2. In the top left, click the members icon.

  3. In the search bar, enter the user email address. The user details will display in a box.

  4. In the top right of this box, click the three vertical squares icon, and select Manage Roles.

  5. Select appropriate privileges for the user in Access Financials.

  6. Click Save Changes

If this does not resolve your issue, Support will need to run some scripts on the database. Therefore please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article and please include details of the user affected.
