Posted purchase request has no order number showing against it

First of all, please ensure that the corresponding Purchase Order that was created in Access Financials still exists and has not been deleted. If it has been deleted, then it is correct that there is no order number against the Purchase Request anymore and a new Purchase Request will need to be raised.

If you are sure that the order still exists in Access Financials, Support will need to run some scripts on the database. Therefore please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article and please include details of the purchase request affected.
