Is it possible to remove the date range set on the PIR search screen?

By default, FinOps sets the date range for PIR to the current month. This is by design and so is the default for every new user when they start using the system.

It is possible to remove this on a user by user basis.

o do this you can do the following::

  1. Log in to FinOps and browse to the PIR search screen.

  2. Change the Criteria column for the Date field to None.

  3. Click the downward arrow on the Find Now button.

  4. Click Save.

  5. These preferences will be permanently saved into the database for that user and will be used every time the screen is opened in future.

You can also add any other filter criteria into this screen before you save if you so wish.
