Re-assign transactions if a user is set as out of the office and a delegate is set

There is an option in FinOps Administrator that controls whether the user is prompted to reassign transactions when a user is set as out of the office.

To set this option:

  1. Log into FinOps Administrator

  2. Click System Options, Global Options, Out of Office Options

  3. Select the Prompt To Reassign Transactions When Out Of Office Turned On check box.

  4. To save, click OK.
