A user is missing their department code in a list based on the member records

Check the member record in FinOps Administrator and enter the department code in the department code field. To do this, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to FinOps Administrator.

  2. Click System Control then click Security Profiles.

  3. Select the security profile that the user is a member of.

  4. Click Members then select the relevant user.

  5. Click the Links tab.

  6. Click Setup next to Department Code.

  7. Select the relevant department.

  8. Click on Set As Default.

  9. Click OK then click OK.
