This error occurs because the user does not have web access to the Document module in Access Evo. Grant access using the steps below.
Follow these steps to give the user access to the Document module in Access Evo:
Log in to Access Evo as a user who has administrator privileges.
Click the Members icon in the top right-hand corner.
Search for the user's email address.
Click the three vertical dots icon.
Select Manage Role.
Ensure the user has web access to the Document module.
Click Save.
