Error - 'No Project Manager found' Approver selection

To resolve this issue, first make sure that the Project Leader code is filled out against the user profile in FinOps Admin:

  1. Go to FinOps Admin.

  2. Go to System Control.

  3. Go to Security Profiles and press Members.

  4. Find the user who is approving.

  5. Check to see if Project Leader Code has been filled out.
