Error - 'These columns don't currently have unique value' when trying to add resource to a project

Updated over a week ago

To overcome this error message:

  1. Login to FINOPS admin then click System options.

  2. Click Time Recording then click Resource Allocation.

  3. Find and select the relevant user. There will be a duplicate project.

  4. Click the Trash Can icon next to one of the duplicate projects.
