Error - '!!Cost Centre does not exist or is not active!!' when reopening a purchase request

The error message usually happens if either the cost centre code does not exist on the project or the cost centre cost is not set as active/reopened.

  1. Login to FinOps

  2. Click Project management

  3. On the Cost Centre tab, check to see if the Cost Centre exists. If it does, click Edit to see if the Cost Centre has the correct status.
