All FINOPS Users require an assigned, valid, Costing Resource Code to be setup and linked to the member record in FINOPS Administrator.
The reason you are getting this error is very likely that the user attempting to log on as; has been validated as a user, but they are not configured, or do not have a valid Resource Code assigned to their member record in FINOPS Administrator.
Click on the System Control tab.
Select the Users button.
Locate the user on this list and take note of the profile they are in and close this window.
Next, navigate to the System Control tab.
Select the Security Profiles option.
Select user’s profile.
Click on the Members button at the bottom.
Select the User.
Click on the Links Tab,
In here find a field called Resource Code
Use the ... button to search through the list of available resource codes.
Note: If a value is in here already and try searching, FINOPS will only display results which begin with what is already entered. i.e. if someone has a code of ’TE’ and try to search, only records beginning with ’TE’ will be returned.
