Permission to Workflow Formsare granted via the Workflow Forms designer application:
Log into the Workflow Forms Designer application
Highlight the relevant Workflow Form in the list
Select Permissions
Set the relevant options against the user in question
Click Save
Please note the user will need to log out and back in, to refresh the permissions.
