In the first instance please try refreshing the user's role for the Financials Operations dataset by way of the Members area as follows:
Log into Access Evo as an Administrator for the organisation.
Go to the Members area and locate the user.
Click on the Pop-over button (three dots, top right of user record) and select Manage Roles.
Change the user's access to the relevant dataset to No Access and Save Changes.
Return to the Manage Roles area and return the access to the required one and Save Changes.
