Error - 'User {x} is not permitted to insert this transaction...' when submitting or posting timesheets

This issue normally occurs when a user has been given No Access to the Access Financials database

In order for a user to be able to post to Access Financials, they require some level of access to the database.
​
If the Access Evo Membership role is set to No Access to the Access Financials instance, then there is nothing in the application which can enable the posting to Access Financials.
