Error - 'User {x} is not permitted to insert this transaction...' when submitting or posting timesheets

This issue normally occurs when a user has been given No Access to the Access Financials database

In order for a user to be able to post to Access Financials, they require some level of access to the database.

If the Access Evo Membership role is set to No Access to the Access Financials instance, then there is nothing in the application which can enable the posting to Access Financials.

To resolve this issue Support will need to run some scripts on the database. Therefore please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article and please include details of the user affected.
