This issue normally occurs when the User's email address is missing from their User Record in Financials.

To resolve this; please follow the steps below:
Open the Financials Application, on the correct Database from within the My Products menu in Workspace
Click System, Security, Users
Search for the User in question
Once located check their Email Address field is:
Not Empty
Matches their email address per their Workspace account
Correct the record where this is wrong
Get the User to log out of Workspace and back in again. It should now work within FinOps.
