Invoices for approval are being sent to the wrong person.

Approval processes are configured via the Financials Operations Administrator tool and can be checked as follows:

  1. Log into the FinOps Administrator.

  2. Click System Options, Purchasing, Invoice Register Options.

  3. On the Approval tab, select the stage to be checked and click Edit.

  4. The Approval Stage tab shows the appropriate information.

  5. This may be based on a view such as UDEF_PIR_APPROVERS or data from another location in the system such as UserInfo.GetString("DepartmentHead")

  6. Once how the approver is selected has been established, take the action required to amend it.
