Error - 'Project Code xxx is invalid' when submitting timesheet that has no lines with this project code

This is usually caused by a ghost line on the timesheet, which can be seen in the data but not through the FinOps website. It usually happens when a line is deleted but the process does not complete properly and causes corruption.
