Create a lookup list for a User Char field on a Sales Request header

To set up a lookup list on a User Char field:

  1. Log into FinOps Administrator

  2. Click System Options then click Sales & Billing.

  3. Click Sales Invoices Setup.

  4. Select the Sales Request you're using and click Edit.

  5. On the Header tab, scroll down to the User Char field you wish to create the lookup list for.

  6. In the Lookups column, click the ellipsis (...) icon.

  7. Select the top line and enter the first value you want to be available.

  8. To move to the next line, press the Tab key.

  9. Continue to enter values as required.

  10. Click OK on all open windows to save the changes.
