Edit rate card, resource, project tab, the copy from customer button is not saving details

There is a known issue logged with development affecting the latest version of FinOps (1.10.0 at time of writing).

This affects the Copy from Customer function on the Edit Rate Card window, only when you are copying from customer, on the Resource, Project tab.
