The Complete Orders icon is a security profile setting which can be disabled to a group of users in a FinOps Security Profile.
To do this follow the steps below:
In a Web Browser navigate to the FinOps Remote Gateway
Open Financials Operations Administrator
Login to the correct database
Once logged in click on System Control, Security Profiles
Select the correct profile and click Edit
On the next window click on the Security tab
On the list of modules on the left hand side click on Purchasing ...
On the right hand side you will a list of available options
Double click on Complete Lines to toggle the option from 'Enabled' (green tick) to 'Disabled' (red cross)
Click OK to save changes
**for the changes to take affect all users in this profile will need to log out and back in to FinOps.
