User(s) cannot see settings, purchase request permissions within the purchasing menu

Only users who are in the MASTER profile in FinOps are able to Edit Purchase Request Permissions and so it is only those users who are able to click Purchasing, Settings, Purchase Request Permissions.

You will need to move the user(s) in question into the MASTER profile to enable the Purchase Request Permissions option in Financials.
