First try the following:
In FinOps, go to the top right corner and click Account name then Customise Ribbon
On this screen make sure to enable Enquiries & Reporting then enable Reports
This will then make them show on the home screen
If you cannot see the above options, then you likely don't have permission under this security profile.
Should you not have security permissions, this will need to be amended in FinOps Admin by a Support Analyst.
