Unable to print or save report as Report Viewer does not show

This will occur when the user has their preferences set to print reports to PDF rather than the crystal report viewer.

To resolve this:

  1. Log in to Financial Operations as the user.

  2. In the top right, click the Users name then Preferences.

  3. In the Report Printing section, use the 'Others to' drop-down and select Report Viewer.

  4. Click Save.
